Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Dumb or Genius (the “App”), operated by Kounga Solutions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

3. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the ideas, votes, and other content you submit. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the App.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post content that is:

• hateful, harassing, or bullying;
• adult, sexually explicit, or violent;
• promoting dangerous acts, illegal activity, or self-harm;
• spam, scams, or misinformation;
• infringing on others’ rights.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Moderation, reporting & blocking

• You can report content you find objectionable; reports are reviewed and acted upon.
• You can block other users so their content no longer appears to you.
• We may hide or remove content and issue strikes; repeated violations result in an account ban.
• We aim to review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems, or manipulate votes, rankings, or reports.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kounga Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
